Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.

There is quill (nicer docs here) as well, but that's _very _ low level interaction and pretty difficult to figure out.

Ok, I’m buying a whale amount of ICP.
If we are talking truly massive amounts though the absolute safest is probably an airgapped device with keysmith https://github.com/dfinity/keysmith and quill https://github.com/dfinity/quill. This technical option though that I would only recommend if you are technical and familiar with the command line.

qrencode (https://github.com/fukuchi/libqrencode) can create text based output of qr codes in ANSI, ASCII and a UTF8 formats, you can pipe the output through sed to change the output.
