Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Is it possible to reduce the screen brightness below what windows 10 allows?
I would like to reduce the screen brightness of the lcd backlight further than what I currently am able to do (working at night and saving battery/my eyes). I tried this but it is just a filter, which is bad for colors and sometimes the filter is not applied to certain system ui elements, therefore blinding you.

small program to desaturate windows screen (not fully but like to 25 percent) so that it's not stimulating..
Not desaturating, but thought you might like some different options. Desktop dimmer Puts an overlay on the screen to lower brightness beyond the minimum. However, I have had experience with it disagreeing with some GPUs, causing a black screen. It hasn't been updated in a few years, thats probably why the glitch happens with some newer drivers, so just keep that in mind.

solidity-template: a modern Solidity contract template utilizing Foundry and Hardhat
In Git Consensus, we accept commits and parse out the address to create a mapping between them. In the unit tests, we can check the basic address parsing logic. But to actually test out the full user interactions of an OSS project onboarding to be a DAO and do token rewards for commits, we need to actually build a Git repo from the ground up - using JavaScript tools like nodegit to do so.

Programmatically build a Git repository with commits for testing?
Interesting, I guess this would be how to use it in JS: https://github.com/nodegit/nodegit

nodegit Authentication has become the biggest prolem with this entire process! I have added a comment to Issue 1035 but I don't know if it will get much traction as it seems there have been several issues out there already.
