Rsync with one-side encryption?
if this "untrusted location" has webdav, can try this app: https://github.com/Junker/davesync
-
Encrypt each file in a folder and upload ?
Can try (DavESync)[https://github.com/Junker/davesync], it's encrypt every file separately with GPG and keep folder structure without encryption. \ file.txt will be file.txt.gpg which encrypted with password. \ Cloud should support WebDav (Nextcloud, Yandex.Disk etc..)
