Working with fluorescent intensity and replicates in FlowJo?
Or, if you use Python, there are several packages that let you apply the full power of the scientific Python ecosystem to flow data. Admittedly, I'm partial to the one I wrote: https://github.com/cytoflow/cytoflow. And if you want point-and-click, there's a GUI too. (No KS test, though it would be straightforward to add -- submit a feature request on Github!)

Yes this another post asking for a cracked FlowJo
Another alternative is cytoflow which is maybe a bit more comfortable to use.

Is FlowLogic horrible or is it just me?
if you know Python I'd recommend https://github.com/cytoflow/cytoflow

A user has opened an attachment in a phishing email (MIME file, possibly .pdf). Our antivirus isn't finding anything, and there are no clear indications of compromise. We don't have a clear policy to respond to things like this. What would you do?
I haven't played with this yet, but it looks promising for trying to automate your OSINT when researching phishing emails: https://github.com/TheresAFewConors/Sooty
