Whats your favourite colorscheme in Vim/NeoVim?
its one with a darker background.
-
what vim theme is your favourite? (and maybe tell us why?)
I’ve been using this light theme:https://github.com/rakr/vim-one
-
"set background=light" improves, as well as ruins themes.
I'd also recommend "one": https://github.com/rakr/vim-one

Qn: How to download and use colorschemes from Github?
Completely new to linux and coding here. So recently I am learning C language in Vim using Linux Ubuntu. But the black background is quite uncomfortable to me, maybe too used to the white backgrounds in iphone (I've never use darkmode too haha). I went to search for some ways to change the colors, and stumbled across this github website https://github.com/rakr/vim-one which has a pretty decent colorscheme. But I have literally 0 clue from how to download it to opening and using it in vimrc. My terminal is a fresh terminal with nothing downloaded. Ubuntu is ver 18.04.
