Google helped destroy adoption of RSS feeds
I've been using commafeed for a few months now. The UI is closest thing to GReader I've seen. It's still light on features and no plugin option yet. But it works well and gets frequent updates.

BlockTube, a YouTube Content Blocker
Why aren't you using an rss feed reader to "subscribe" to all the channels you like and filtering through that? I have all my stuff subscribed in commafeed (https://github.com/Athou/commafeed/ but freshrss is also quite good https://github.com/FreshRSS/FreshRSS) I only ever go to youtube main page if I have time to spare and want to see something new, it's wonderful. If you combine this with some ad blocks and sponsorblock it makes youtube splendid again.

I've Implemented a RSS Reader
I recently discovered CommaFeed and I am self-hosting it. It's somewhat similar to Google Reader in look and feel.

Any (free?) RSS service for large OPML (>2000 feeds)?
Hi, I've been using [CommaFeed](www.commafeed.com) recently (pretty good) after Azure realized it was giving me free money for a cloud-hosted TinyTinyRSS instance.

Slower speeds after installing OpenWRT
I recently installed OpenWRT on a TP-Link TL-WDR4300, and put the router of my ISP in bridge mode. Now I noticed that the wireless speeds are significantly slower (40mbps vs 3mbps via librespeed.org), after using OpenWRT.

SSLVPN - Fluctuating bandwith
It should be DIA. They provide the internet connection to the company since 2 decades and it's a very small ISP, so it's very vague in terms of contract. Iperf was giving me very terrible results with TCP, UDP was giving me a couple of Gbit/s throughput, definitely a wrong result. We are using this self hosted speedtest. All my results above are based on this software: https://github.com/librespeed/speedtest

Speedtests
Put a copy of Librespeed on a web server that's accessible through the VPN and told them to use that. For (our) convenience, it's logged into a database that's correlated with the VPN login/logout times so the users don't even need to log in to use it, but we still know whose test result it is.
