Introducing the Overflow Offline project
Good to see this being done properly. I actually had the "what if StackOverflow goes offline?" thought and created a proof of concept of an offline desktop reader app for the XML data dump years ago. But I never had the time to do it very well, the app works.. but is mega janky.

Created a Stack overflow clone with almost every functionality
I've used this in the past to create an offline viewer for StackOverflow data (as a toy project to see if I could - don't anyone get excited thinking it's good enough to be actually useful.)
