Not sure why but I think I use event-driven-loop too much
For instance I did this Tetris some time ago, it uses the loop:https://github.com/Invertisment/cljs-tetris It's quite a simple app and that's totally fine. But what if I'd like to separate some core part of its logic into a second loop? And what about larger apps? This blog proposes mirroring as a solution but I don't think it works for everything: https://martinfowler.com/articles/lmax.html

Unsure what to do with Clojure
You can use Clojure to make whatever you want! Right now I'm using it to build a database (https://github.com/unifydb/unifydb). Previously I've used it to build a static site generator (https://github.com/obelix-site-builder/obelix) and a browser extension to show Hacker News comments for a webpage (https://github.com/jdormit/looped-in).
What are some alternatives?
When comparing cljs-tetris and looped-in you can also consider the following projects:
ArcadiaGodot
Arcadia - Clojure in Unity
jme-clj - A Clojure 3D Game Engine (Wrapper), Powered by jMonkeyEngine
unifydb - A time-traveling graph database
obelix - Obelix: a purely functional static site generator
