Adding names on picture from table
Depending on the output format you need you then either use Windows' "print to PDF" driver and print these documents on your cards or, if you need a picture format, install a printer driver to "print" to tiff, jpeg or png.

I have one large document I need to OCR (500 pages) I don't want to buy anything
Another possibility would be to install a virtual printer driver like clawPDF and just print the required pages, either to PDF or to multipage TIFF (if your music scanner accepts that). Windows' own PDF printer doesn't seem able to print only part of an opened document.

Az érdekes, hogy a pdf creator magja az amúgy open source, csak ugye nem teszik ki ezt az ablakba, meg buildből csak a reklámokkal telitoltat rakják ki. De! Létezik a ClawPdf ami konkrétan ugyanaz mint a pdfCreator, csak nincs benne a sok reklám meg hasonló borzalom: https://github.com/clawsoftware/clawPDF

if you're using linux (which it doesn't seem so) there's also vispdisp https://github.com/jcupitt/vipsdisp which is based on https://github.com/libvips/libvips which will likely take over how images are decoded in the future for everything, at least methodology wise.
