That is not possible as now, but you can run it from TWRP on Android, check checkra1n TWRP

What/How do you backup stuff when switching/updating ROMs?
i use alpha backup pro cuz its faster than the others. Alternatives are migrate, swift backup, oandbackupx and a script named tarb tarb is the fastest to use but a bit complex.
