For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Claude AI launches on iOS (Android coming soon)
At the risk of being spammy, I wrote a simple Matrix bot that replicates the entirety of their currently announced featureset, but also supports any other model too, that you can access from a normal Matrix client.
Stop re-building chat clients, I already have one!
Ideally they would just run their own chatbot on different existing chat platforms that you could verify your API key with, but with my project you can at least run that chatbot yourself.

Show HN: ffmpeg-english "capture from /dev/video0 every 1 second to jpg files"
There's also aichat's shell integration [1]. Instead of typing a command I describe what I want in plain English in a terminal and then press Alt-E. It replaces the text with a command.

Make Timelapse easily using FFmpeg
That way I can use any aichat backend as necessary, I actually have time to verify the output myself, and all the commands get saved to my history.
The prompt that runs is the following: "Based on the following user description, generate a corresponding Fish shell command. Focus solely on interpreting the requirements and translating them into a single, executable Fish command. Ensure accuracy and relevance to the user's description. The output should be a valid Fish command that directly aligns with the user's intent, ready for execution in a command-line environment. Do not output anything except for the command. No code block, no English explanation, no newlines, and no start/end tags."

Effective Spaced Repetition
Yes, I'm using for language learning. Usually via tool `https://github.com/sigoden/aichat` with different roles that I've created. For example for grammar ChatGPT generates bunch of examples for specific grammar rules, which I memorize.

I've been enjoying using aichat for command-line chatgpt access https://github.com/sigoden/aichat (it supports both an interactive repl mode and you can invoke it with your query directly from the command line like the helper used in this article).
