How do use images/art in your game?
I have personally found that the module Chat Images for foundry: https://github.com/bmarian/chat-images works very well at showing off a thing that I want to show quickly. Just past the url into chat and it does the rest.

Necessary/Useful Modules & current version update?
Journal Scaler

I built a Foundry World Manager tool in Python! It currently deduplicates images and converts JPEGs & PNGs to WEBPs. Try it out and let me know what you think! PS: It's Windows & Linux friendly!!!
I started using Foundry in November of last year and completely fell in love with the software. I've already built three tiny little modules before (Scene Clicker, Journal Scaler and Chatlog Scaler), but I wanted to take on a bigger task and really challenge myself.
What are some alternatives?
fvtt-module-trigger-happy - Trigger Happy! FVTT Triggering system
Foundry-Stream-Module - Implements two-way communication between Foundry VTT and Twitch, allowing for two-way chat plus adds dice rolling requests, a tabbed chat window, a separate dice engine for just for viewers, event handling and several moderation commands directly into Foundry itself, bringing your streamed game to the next level of interactivity!
FoundryVTT-BetterRolls5e - A module for modifying certain sheet functions on Foundry VTT Character sheets for D&D 5th Edition.
scene-clicker - A FoundryVTT module that changes the behavior of left clicking on Scenes and Scene Links. Left-clicking on a Scene/Scene Link "Views" the Scene instead of displaying the Scene Config Sheet.
foundryvtt-magic-items
FoundryVTT-KryxRPG - Foundry system for the Kryx RPG
ddb-importer - Integrate your dndbeyond.com content into Foundry virtual tabletop
innocenti-openlock - Modules for opening locks using keys, force or picklock
world-manager - A Python-based tool that helps manage FoundryVTT Worlds.
wild-magic-surge-5e - Detects whether a character with the wild magic feat casts a spell and adds a reminder to the chat.
fvtt-encounter-stats - Aims to give you a break down on stats from encounters to be able to look back and plan future enounters. Also to give the players a nice lookback at events that occured in a story format.
