Best 3rd party client for importing runes on Linux?
ChampR works for me. Really simple and runs natively https://github.com/cangzhang/champ-r

[champ-r] League of Legends Helper (Import Builds and Runes)
The following project is a fork from champ-r, originally made to run on Windows. The reason is because I wanted to be able to run it natively on Linux (Pop!_Os), It could work on wine but I did not want to run it through wine. I thought it would be useful for other Linux users. I'm open for suggestions, issues and pullrequests.

Problem with overwolf
I use Manjaro Kde, an arch based distro. I tried a lot of apps for importing rune and items, but I only got 2 to work. One was Runebook, which another commenter already linked, and another was a version of Mobanalytics repackaged for Linux, which can be found here. Both work just fine for the purpose of importing runes and item builds.

Problems with RuneBook in Wayland
https://github.com/sekwah41/mobalytics-repackager Since most helper apps are electron based those can be ported over Linux. That's Mobalytics working "natively" on Linux.
