IMO Cephadm works pretty good and is easy to use. There is also a cephadm-ansible Projekt for more functionality.

Playbook only runs "gather_facts" on the first run?
So tried running the cephadm-ansible playbook, and I didn't realise ceph has no official repo for Ubuntu 22:
