Canceling NYT subscription using Twilio and Google speech to text
Paul Graham and Balaji really don't like the New York Times. Can't blame them really. The NYT lets you subscribe online, but you can only unsubscribe by calling them or talking to them through chat.
I made a repo where users can talk to someone at support to cancel their NYT subscription. It uses twilio to place the call, and streams the audio through websockets to google's speech to text api. When it hears that you are next in line, it forwards you the call.
Here's the github repo: https://github.com/toshvelaga/cancel-NYT

Python phone call receiving?
You can probably use Twilio for this, but it's a paid service. The only alternative I'm aware of is Fonoster, but that's a JavaScript API - and I have no clue if it actually works.

Android SIP server (new to VOIP)
I was looking at maybe trying to use a softphone to receive calls from an Android phone. Is there any way to do this? I'm looking at maybe trying something like https://github.com/fonoster/fonoster (self-hosted twilio) aswell.
