Code Review for windows application I made.
I was watching a C++ talk on Youtube when I saw this way to highlight the presentation. It looked like a simple thing to make so I made my own version for windows. It can be found at https://github.com/StableSteady/spotlight. It uses Qt for the GUI and WinApi for creating the spotlight.
