You’re welcome! Check out this plugin as well. It hasn’t been added to the official plugins list within the app so downloading it might be a bit more challenging. In this case you could turn the plugin that inspired it but unfortunately seems to be no longer maintained: link

Is there any way to insert Markdown elements with "/" shortcut?
You could go to options -> core plugins and enable the "Slash commands" plugin. There's also this community plugin that adds a text editor modal.

Use of IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet) or Unicode from inside Obsidian?
Templater lets you insert templates with custom keyboard shortcuts. CMenu adds a small menu at the bottom of the screen that you can fill with any command in Obsidian, including custom ones added by Templater.

Notion is so slow it is almost unusable.
I think there's no toolbar, only WYSIWYG. There are plugins that help with this, like: Markdown Formatting Assitant and CMenu. i know that a plugin doesn't solve the issue, there's a post in the Obsidian Forum talking about this.

I made a guide on how I use the Daily Notes plugin. I also included a downloadable vault that you can try out!
I'm using the Ying and Yang theme with a few edits. I changed the links to yellow and made the headers have the same colors as the Comfort Smooth theme.

Yin and Yang Theme Update!
You'll have to update the theme manually by reinstalling in the theme gallery. It'll ask you to override the file so just permit it to do so. It'd be great if it was automatic but if you follow my Github repo, you should receive notifications about any updates I make. Though, I do tend to make a lot of edits. It's up to you! https://github.com/chetachiezikeuzor/Yin-and-Yang-Theme/blob/main/README.md
- I recently released my Yin and Yang theme (on Community Themes) and I thought to share it here on Reddit as well. I've added many custom features via the Style Settings plugin so do install you're looking to use Yin and Yang. Hope you enjoy! ❤️https://github.com/chetachiezikeuzor/Yin-and-Yang-Theme

The 3 new community themes are so pretty! But they are on the theme list at the very end tho.
#2 Yin-and-Yang-Theme, more pink theme for obsidian. This one seems to be 2 weeks younger than the first one according to GitHub, but it is so stylish and complete!
