Have you tried the cMenu plugin?
Maybe the vim-zettel? https://github.com/mattfair/vim-zettel

https://github.com/chhoumann/quickadd (simpler version of templater)
this plugin has onedrive support if you're interested https://github.com/remotely-save/remotely-save
Adding that command to the header with customizable-page-header-buttons makes it easy access.
Havd you tried settings-search: Adds a search bar to Obsidian.md's settings?
There's a couple of options: - a shared git repo - obsidian-etherpad-lite
Quick Switcher++ will do that for you.
It lacks a true outliner. There is a plugin, https://github.com/vslinko/obsidian-outliner, but up to now it is difficult to manage complex multi-line nested list.
Check Quiet Outliner, https://github.com/guopenghui/obsidian-quiet-outline Not perfect, but still a nice improvement.
