Bytes: A fast, lightweight and customizable text editor
It appears to not be open source software.
There is a github repository, but it contains no source code[0].
It also lacks information about supported platforms, but I did some research, and they do not seem to support the open standard ISA (RISC-V), but instead only provide an x86-64 binary.
