Welcome to Bypass Paywalls Chrome Clean
FWIW I am happy that magnolia1234 forked iamadamdev's repo. I wanted to report that barrons.com is not working with the original repo (https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome). But I could not. https://github.com/iamadamdev/bypass-paywalls-chrome/issues/... was giving the following notice.
An owner of this repository has limited the ability to open an issue to users that have contributed to this repository in the past.
barrons.com worked out of the box with the new repo (https://gitlab.com/magnolia1234/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean).

When British soldiers raped women of a town to suppress Indian nationalism
Oh! Didn't realize, I'll copy paste below but before I paste the article, thought I could help by mentioning that I use the 'Bypass Paywalls Clean' chrome extension from GitHub. It's well worth the install if you'd like that : https://github.com/qnoum/bypass-paywalls-chrome-clean-magnolia1234

TIL that 13 innocent men were exonerated because of lab technician Mary Jane Burton's habit, dating back to 1977, of scotch taping small samples of tested evidence to her lab records, even though doing so violated the official policy to destroy all evidence after it was tested.
If you use chrome, use this extension. Works on most, if not all, major news sites.

Making Rust supply chain attacks harder with Cackle
A semi-automated system that compares old unsafe code to new unsafe code would likely be really helpful here - say, a LLM prompted to investigate whether the new unsafe blocks are a significant difference in scope and documented intent from the old unsafe blocks. Unless the winners of https://www.ioccc.org/ are among your attackers, it's a pretty solid line of defense.

The Awk Programming Language, Second Edition
>> Perl can also be hilariously unreadable: https://www.foo.be/docs/tpj/issues/vol4_3/tpj0403-0017.html
Most programming languages can be obfuscated. That does not mean people write code in those programming languages like that:
C: https://www.ioccc.org/
Javascript: view-source:https://www.google.com/
The truth is that insulting Perl is considered stylish by some, so many people do despite knowing little to nothing about Perl and having never used it.

Radiation-hardened Quine: A quine that works after any one character is deleted
Or this one [3] that calculates pi by estimating its own surface area.
Or this one [4]. It's a lovers quarrel, written simultaneously in C and English. It's incredible, seriously, read it.

Even the K&R book implements a "C gibberish to English" translator
I wonder what sort of "English" it spits out when fed obfuscated C code

I can't fathom how any of those could be used.
