How can I pipe the audio from my music subscription (youtube music running in a browser tab) into my mumble server, so me and my friend can listen together while we game ?
There are music bot, I guess it's what you want.

Opus: bad codec for streaming music ? Or not high enough of a bitrate ?
I am opening this thread to understand better the limitations of Mumble/Murmur, I run Linux and tried to stream music directly from my sound output (after deactivating all the post processing I could from the mumble settings), but also tried https://github.com/azlux/botamusique and both get a poor music quality, even if using the highest quality preset in the bitrate, which is around 120kbit/s, I feel like it's just not enough for music ?

Is it possible to stream the music playing on my computer (from YTM account) to my friends on mumble (without much quality loss ?)

problem with streaming audio
i'm not sure how you would do that cleanly, you may want to look into LavaLink and a wrapper for it like WaveLink. together these take away a lot of the lower level annoyances of making a music bot.
