I switch from Golang and want to build a REST API in Rust.
Aside from library. Bloom was written in Go then ported to Rust. Maybe you can get some inspirations!

Even if I'm a big Rust fan and user, what you are describing is exactly the niche that Go is serving, especially since 1.16 with embed[0].
The big plus is that you can even configure Go to automate TLS certs[1].
