Replaced all the Twitter emoji on my Deck with proper blobs
Just install an up to date Blobmoji font. I used https://github.com/C1710/blobmoji, download the latest TTF from the Releases, open in the default application, hit Install, and install only for the user.

Get Android 12's new emojis on any rooted Android device
I don't think there's a module for it, but you can replace the file on your phone that handles emojis manually. There's one here that supports every emoji included in Unicode 12, but I don't think the designer is done with the ones introduced in Android 11, so you'll be missing a few of the newer ones
