How does a noob create an absurdly simple blog that they can own forever?
Either straight HTML and CSS, or a static site generator. I made a super simple one called Chocolate (https://github.com/rael9/chocolate) that I use for my site but there are many out there. But if you like wysiwyg then just grab an html editor and make it in that. It’ll load faster than most sites these days.
