Hey Jonas, Have you considered using https://bitcartcc.com/ it's self hosted and open source and supports few currencies.

An alternative to this is self hosting a electrum wallet with something like bitcartcc which supports many coins including monero and bitcoin cash and litecoin (hopefully dogecoin coming soon)

I've tried to collect the next steps in a milestone on GitHub, but there are some things left before I want to promote it. (Missing Webhooks support is a big one, API documentation and web portal styling/cleanup another.)

Payments are processed with BitPal, an experimental self-hosted payment processor in Elixir that I’ve been developing. I think there are some good things in it, but it’s still in an experimental development phase.

After far too long, here's a short progress update on my two cryptocurrency projects: the book Why Cryptocurrencies? and the self-hosted payment processor BitPal.
