I want to modify an existing theme using "yo code"
Forking the theme would be the other approach which would be necessary if you want to publish your variant as its own extension on the marketplace (which would allow you to add more themes to the pack for example). As for modifying this specific theme, it seems to live in this file, but I haven't gone through the build workflow - it might be overridden from somewhere else - so just play around with the source if you're interested. After modifying the extension, you'll have to consult this page which explains the process of publishing the extension (you'll probably have to change some stuff like the author and package name in package.json).

Need suggestions for a Go-friendly dark theme in VSCode.
I'm quite fan of Catppuccin.
- Can anyone point me towards a theme that matches this?
- I created a new application templated with typescript, but why is the color theme not properly working on vscode?

Ask HN: What colorscheme are you using in your code editor?
The catpuccin/vscode does have screenshots. They're collapsed under the "Previews" header, so you have to click each of the variants you want to view.
