Something similar can be done by installing Pengu Loader in your league client and using this plugin. I have been using this client modification tool and it worked fine for me so far

It is 2022, Riot Games is Billion dollar company, and other Riot games are able to do this. Why is League of legends STILL Language locked?

I used to swap my language and used https://github.com/CollinMcKinney/LeagueLocaleLauncher/releases , just confirmed it still works even with multiple riot games installed (I play Valorant often) was able to set my client to Korean and it persists through closing both league and riot client. Just need to select your language once and then can launch the game as normal every time afterwards. Very intuitive tool
