  I used to swap my language and used https://github.com/CollinMcKinney/LeagueLocaleLauncher/releases , just confirmed it still works even with multiple riot games installed (I play Valorant often) was able to set my client to Korean and it persists through closing both league and riot client. Just need to select your language once and then can launch the game as normal every time afterwards. Very intuitive tool
