- Why doesn't riot allow client language to be changed?

It is 2022, Riot Games is Billion dollar company, and other Riot games are able to do this. Why is League of legends STILL Language locked?

What is the reason for not being allowed to change the league client's language?
I used to swap my language and used https://github.com/CollinMcKinney/LeagueLocaleLauncher/releases , just confirmed it still works even with multiple riot games installed (I play Valorant often) was able to set my client to Korean and it persists through closing both league and riot client. Just need to select your language once and then can launch the game as normal every time afterwards. Very intuitive tool

- League is over 10 years old and we STILL can't change the client language in NA.
