I implemented the infamous Fast Inverse Square Root function from Quake III Arena with SIMD (SSE)
No clue why the original Q_rsqrt used long considering that float is a 32 bit type and long is a 64 bit type. Unless there was some hackery going on to make long 32 bit in the Quake III Arena codebase. After changing to an int it's now significantly faster.
