AzDO Server API help with identities
I'd like to point out the complete and utter failure it is to not maintain the paths for both Services and Server to operate. The entire security scope is at the moment broken when using Server. You can't access it via the REST API or the CLI. There is a separate open issue from May 2021 with no activity other then the issue still exists. https://github.com/Azure/azure-devops-cli-extension/issues/1126
