This list has some non-KDE Qt apps as well but it’s not really comprehensive. You could start a repo yourself (awesome-qt-apps maybe) and let people contribute, would be useful for future people as well.

How to structure a project when using PyGObject ?
For a simple general project layout I suggest creating the project with Gnome Builder as it will configure a lot of things for you.
