  • open a terminal emulator as pop-up or new tab?

I have a personal flask app that monitors / manages processes and files on my server, and for the most complex, least cookie-cutter task just open a terminal emulator set to the right directory on the (linux) server for doing those. I'm using konsole, ssh, and copyq (to launch konsole) currently, but I'd like something slicker and more self-contained. I've googled a bit and some things look promising (e.g., pyxtermjs) but it not obvious to me how to glue these to my app. I welcome any advice in choosing a terminal emulator or gluing it to my flask app. Thanks.
