aoc VS advent-of-code-charts

I solved it using only iterators, map and filters. Also, there is a `tuple_windows` method already in the `itertools` crate (unless you are trying to solve without crates). Be sure to check out your leaderboard for the previous years to see what it should look like. For 2023 it won't do much until the first leaderboard points come in 😝
