Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

Can you train AI on a knowledge base to offer customer support through a live chatbot?
Yes, it's not that complicated to do nowadays using embeddings. Your best shot would be to use the LangChain framework which will make your life easier to create embeddings from your docs and then search a query within your embeddings. There are also many tools that use that kind of chatbots that are totally open-source and you could just get the inspiration from there. Example: https://github.com/summarizepaper/summarizepaper
