Stars - the number of stars that a project has on GitHub. Growth - month over month growth in stars.
Activity is a relative number indicating how actively a project is being developed. Recent commits have higher weight than older ones.
For example, an activity of 9.0 indicates that a project is amongst the top 10% of the most actively developed projects that we are tracking.

What is your favorite open source eurorack module? And the best documented?
JoeSeggiola's Clock divider and Forks modules are also on my list of "next to build".

Looking for a clock schematic/ stripboard
The Circuit Abbey TICK is a simple 555-based clock with three ranges. After that there are any number of divider options, including the 4ms Rotating Clock Divider.

Looking for inspiration
Well, Arduinos are awfully powerful, tiny and modular. For example: Time Manipulator Pedal or this Arduino Eurorack Projects

Took a hint so here it is, TinyQuan, the tiny CV quantizer with hundreds of scales.
Anyway my projects I had to make things a bit more general (read: MIDI pitch-bend) and memory efficient (read: 6 different DACs with flash and RAM already at their limits). I recently implemented a multi-point interpolation map, adjustable at run-time, based on pre-existing work (Befaco, Mutable Instruments).

Custom Live Electronics SyncMan/Digitech JamMan SoloXT sync/MIDI converter
I have a DIY open-source project, but it's for syncing analog clock signals (not MIDI) to the pedal, not MIDI (although it can be adapted easily, if your hardware doesn't send an analog sync out): https://github.com/joeSeggiola/jamman-arduino-sync

Digitech Jamman MIDI?
It's open source and pretty easy to build (all basic components). If you meant buying it: I don't have builds to sell, but of you're interested, feel free to PM me, I can make you one.
What are some alternatives?
synth-modules - Synth module schematics and code
yummyDSP - An Arduino audio DSP library for the Espressif ESP32 and probably other 32 bit machines
iSpindel - electronic Hydrometer
DFPlayerMini_Fast - Fast and easy to understand Arduino library to use the DFPlayer Mini MP3 module from DFRobot.com. This is a huge improvement (both in terms of execution speed and simplicity) to the standard library provided by DFRobot.com.
TonUINO - Die DIY Musikbox (nicht nur) für Kinder
splitflap - DIY split-flap display
under-stair-lighting - Arduino controlled cascading LED under stair lights & real-time bass visualizer
cvpal - Cheap and cheerful 2-channel USB to CV/Gate interface
MindMeldModular - Modules for VCV Rack
Touche - An open source and open hardware wireless fencing system
logue-fx - Custom effects for Korg logue-sdk compatible synths. Contains reusable header to create unified code for any FX type.
