Mine runs in 1ms (in rust, single thread) but is fairly complicated (link).

Speeding up Dijkstra by a factor of 2700
In this particular problem, all edge weights are 1..=9, so you can have a O(1) priority queue (fixed-bound bucket queue) if you make use of that fact.

Day 18 (Advent of Code 2022), porting C++ solution to Rust, by fasterthanlime

Optimal algo for 2021 Day 19?
