  • OpenShift Cluster with CloudFlare Proxy
    1 project | /r/openshift | 3 Nov 2021
This is a shot in the dark but is anyone accessing their OCP/OKD cluster externally using a CloudFlare proxied connection? I've used acme.sh to create Lets Encrypt certificates based around the directions in this link and have replaced the ingress and API certs with the new Lets Encrypt ones and that all works fine. I really want to use CloudFlare proxied DNS to mask my home IP but cannot seem to get it to work. If I use the "DNS only" option for managing the CNAME of the URL I'm trying to reach in my cluster, it works works ok. If I switch it to "Proxied", I get SSL errors. Similarly, with the "DNS only" option, Qualys rates it as an A and displays the SSL certs I created with LE, but says the website is inaccessible if I use "Proxied".
