It looks like you didn't read the Aeternum Map release notes and announcements. It's Open Source (https://github.com/lmachens/aeternum-map) and the community (https://discord.com/invite/NTZu8Px) is getting bigger and bigger. Users can create and comment markers from inside the app to support a community managed marker database. The live tracking (which is based on OCR) makes sure to sync the map with your character position (check the video). The app detects the character name to support hiding markers (like Lore Notes) and sharing custom markers.
