Authoring tool for PayCom LMS?
Hi! Aside from the kinda complicated download process and the server cost to run it (like five dollars or so?) I find the Adapt authoring tool to be pretty easy to use and with minimal CSS knowledge, you can make something pretty gorgeous. A few good assessment tools for interactivity, plus SCORM support. (I got a software dev friend to get the server running for me, that helped)

Any experience with the following elearning software?
Sorry to throw an extra spanner in the works, but I contribute to the open-source Adapt project, and would definitely recommend checking that out if you haven't already. Being open-source, it's completely customisable in every way imaginable if you have the know how (i.e. a web dev). Even if you're non-technical, there are a load of different interactions that are available for free (both developed by the project itself and other third-party devs).
