I tried it. It works for me. But AFAI understand it depends on network/router methodology and it tries to port-forward or mapping... I don't know what it does but it may depend on network topology/configurations. I'm sorry for your issue. I'm not expert about network. But you can ask their community: https://github.com/dwservice/agent/issues
