Here's a success with OpenCore on a Chinese X79!
Ah bad. I’ve an X79 chinese mobo as well. RX580 worked oob. The same GPU was good with all the pc builds I’ve tried. Anyway, good luck finding a better Quadro to pair with your build. // here’s my specs btw https://github.com/migftw/X79-Hackintosh-Catalina
