Also use winrice to setup initial OS, that disables what's unnecessary (telemetry and stuff) and installs useful apps like HEVC extensions and Nanazip.

After booting new PC. What do y’all normally turn off or on.
Use something called a "debloater" - these are Powershell-scripts which disable or even remove all unnecessary crap.

Honestly, I'd just perform a clean installation of the OS on an empty drive, then running something like this to remove all the extra bloat that comes with W10, then see how it goes.
