sad moment my guys
https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/WiiUIdent but you need a modded Wii u If it's not modded the only other way is opening and disassembling your Wii U, so better to just mod it ig

I’m really starting to love my Wii U
The nand issues are only for a small portion of the original hynix chips. Check the chip you have with https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/WiiUIdent/
- Help please? Looks like I bought a Partially Hacked Wii U
-
So my Wii U has the problem nand… Is my Wii U a timebomb lifespan wise?
Then download Wii U Ident, extract it and put it in the apps folder on the SD Card. It will tell you the year and other info.
- Can someone help me?
-
What is going on in this ebay photo?
I don't think any correlation has been found between specific console variants and NAND manufacturers. You'll have to homebrew your console and use WiiUIdent to find out for sure.
-
How do I see when my Wii U was made?
https://wiiu.hacks.guide to mod your console, then https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/WiiUIdent to get WiiUIdent. Put that in /wiiu/apps on your SD card and run it with homebrew launcher.
- Heck yeah! My chip is not hynix! Long live wii u!
-
Bad luck🥲 Hynyx NAND
Looks like that's right. So the OP should buy a white one. Of the white ones on this list, none are Hynix: https://wiiu.gerbilsoft.com/
- what do i do

Can I fix bricked Wii U by emulating Rasberry Pi?
No, you can just put recovery software on the Pi/Switch and plug it into the Wii U during boot and it can open a recovery menu. https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/udpih. No soldering needed.
- Region Locked Wii U won’t open apps
-
How do I get Wii U system transfer working?
REMOVE CBHC FIRST! If you don't the 8GB Wii U will BRICK after the transfer. The only way to recover this brick is with udpih and recovery menu!
-
Can't boot up Wii U properly
Okay, so, from the description you're giving, there's definitely some sort of serious problem here. Most likely some kind of console side brick, unfortunately. If you have the correct hardware, you can try to diagnose it and maybe even repair it using udpih, but if not, you're probably out of luck.
-
What are your thoughts on the Raspberry Pi Pico?
That will only help if, for example, your coldboot title is set to one that isn't available (for example, if you remove the injected CBHC app). But anyway: https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/udpih

Oh no, let’s hope it doesn’t die on me
My Wii U is stock, I just used this tool to check it. https://github.com/GaryOderNichts/udpih
