- Where can I get the .fx files, like fakehdr.fx? I have a game install from someone else, but when I install reshade to another game, most fx files are missing. Can I just copy and paste? (Even if they're from an older version?)

Are there tools to blend ReShade effects onto an image?
not entirely sure what you means there, but if you want to overlay an image onto a game then change it's blending mode, you can use CorgiFX's StageDepthPlus shader https://github.com/originalnicodr/CorgiFX
- Is there a way to find out where the reshade installer sources all the various shaders from? Can't use the installer under WINE so I need to get them manually

I used a shopping cart to get a nice light effect
Yes, the background is a radial gradient I made using the CanvasMask shader. For the shopping cart I used AMM, you can spawn and position props with that. And of course Cyberlit for the light source itself.

Reflections
The shader is called FreezeShot.fx which you can find here: https://github.com/originalnicodr/CorgiFX

Wake up Supercop, we have a city to burn
Backgrounds and lighting are done in-game via ReShade. Most of the work is done with StageDepthPlus shader - https://github.com/originalnicodr/CorgiFX/blob/master/Shaders/StageDepthPlus.fx
