So, you have to go here and open any of the dm files, search for the damageeffects on ammo and the onhit chances, what I referenced was the geeneric damage type that destroyes the ammo. There are different chances for shrapnel, heat, fire and explosion, generic refers to kinetic penetrators. You need to look at the probabilities for the highest damage, ammo usually has 200-300 hp. You will see 2 values: expl and fire, they mean what you expect. For generic ammo destruction 0.25 prob for explosion, 0.25 for fire and thus 0.5 for nothing to happen. Dont confuse onHit and onKill probs, onKill probs give what happens when you get killed by ammo destruction.

This isn't about firing order, but the order of stations in both loadout charts and by extension the game's code (search for slot here).

It's a user base tool doing the data unpacking, nothing todo with Gaijin.

Use this extraction tools. You will have access to all the cost/reward SL/RP for every vehicle by extracting it from your client files.
