There are different chances for shrapnel, heat, fire and explosion, generic refers to kinetic penetrators. You need to look at the probabilities for the highest damage, ammo usually has 200-300 hp. You will see 2 values: expl and fire, they mean what you expect. For generic ammo destruction 0.25 prob for explosion, 0.25 for fire and thus 0.5 for nothing to happen. Dont confuse onHit and onKill probs, onKill probs give what happens when you get killed by ammo destruction.
