What does my soundblaster actually do? Also looking for an improvement on setup.
If you need to quickly switch from X3 to other device (MB + speaker) there is the Volume2 app, since Win11 sound/volume settings are a mess.

Fixing Creative's Volume Control Issue when using DDL or DTS
If you've ever used digital encoders with Creative products, you may have noticed that it's only possible to adjust the overall volume by changing the volume of the "What U Hear" recording device. While some solutions like Volume2 have been suggested, I struggled to find the right settings in there.

Things I've learned enabling bootcamp in my MacBookAir 2017
Volume keys doesn't show a visual response: This is because an update from apple software update for windows. You can disable updates, in my case I've installed Volume2, works great and it has a skin to mimic apple and windows 11 appearance.

X4 No Volume Control
You will want to seek out and install a third-party tool like Volume2 to take over system-wide volume slider control and redirect the shortcuts/media keys to adjust the "What U Hear" recording device level instead of your default output device (which should remain unchanged/normal).

any way to get rid of the playing box and just have the volume bar ?
Yep I wanted the same thing and was able to do it. I used Volume2 and chose the skin that looks like the default windows volume osd. I also have HideVolumeOSD running like someone else mentioned but I don't think that's actually necessary with Volume2.

How do I make it vary by one ? Each time I press, it increases by two.

Is there a programm that adds the sound controll to the task bar? (like in the picture)
Try Volume2, maybe you'll find what you need there. For example, I use the volume control by scrolling the mouse wheel over the tray, with a beautiful indicator, and the percentage of sound is displayed in the tray.

How do I get rid of this info box that pops up whenever I change volume (Plex App Windows 10)
AFAIK there's no built-in way to hide it, though something like HideVolumeOSD might do it (though it hides everything, not just the extended controls that apps integrate with).
- Anyone how to get rid of this?? I already flyouts that I like and I find it super annoying.
- Anyway to remove this music title and media controls when trying to skip song/change volume?
- Windows 11's flyout does not support Spotify, so you usually install ModernFlyouts (top left corner). With the newest Windows update I get this not as functional flyout in the middle and I want to get rid of it. Is this possible?

For 1.5 years I was always impatiently waiting for this little music-window to fade away after. I just learned you can click it away! Life-changer!
I've disabled mine using HideVolumeOSD. Starts up with windows, and you can even set it up to quickly show up instead of a hovering image.
