  • The utility of informating Binds
    1 project | /r/truetf2 | 23 Mar 2021
You typically can't have many binds on your keyboard, but this isn't really a problem at all, since you can just reorganize binds into voice menus and recursively link voice menus together. (I don't mean Source voicemenus that use voicecommands.)
  • Adding New Keyboards To Tf2
    1 project | /r/Tf2Scripts | 21 Dec 2020
It's not. You are better off using a custom voice menu of some kind.

When comparing VoicemenuGenerator and cool-source you can also consider the following projects:

team-comtress-2 - Team Fortress 2, but with a lot of fixes, QoL improvements and performance optimizations! [Moved to: https://github.com/mastercomfig/tf2-patches]

LeySourceEngineProxyServ - Ley Proxy Servers for Source engine servers - Zyre. Think of cloudflare but for source engine and with geo-cast based server ping enhancing for free. I've created this tool to A. protect my servers by hiding their real IP entirely. The only visible IPs will be the node IPs. And B. to artifically enhance the ping on the server list of source servers to get more players to join. Unlike anycast this does not have any costs besides your server costs. It avoids duplicates by only letting the location geographically closest (latitude, longtitude) respond to the user. This could potencially be enhanced by using e.g. automatic detection of nodes being down/up or automatic IP switching combined with GSLT to basically make your servers non ddosable.

CmdMenuGenerator - A generator for efficient creation of recursively-nested voicemenus for commands.

scalu - scalu is an event-based programming language and compiler targeting config files in Valve's Source Engine

tf2-patches - Team Fortress 2, but with a lot of fixes, QoL improvements and performance optimizations!

comfig-fortress - A fun TF2 server experiment focusing on game balance and reliability

SourceDemoRender - Multithreaded, hardware accelerated solution to create high quality movies for the Source engine.

no-muzzleflashes - TF2 video game: Turns off muzzle flash particles, and nulls muzzle flash particles if muzzle flashes can't be turned off through weapon scripts, such as for the Soda Popper

420weedsmoker69 - My TF2 config. Mainly posted this as a back up, but you can download it if you want.
