Light Firefox?
'Googlefu' is slightly problematic. I found 'Viper Browser' listed in an article from Last year which looked super - but when you go look at the github you see it's 2 years in it's grave already.

Falkon 3.2.0 released
Unfortunately, KDE instead of adding things like adblocking or private mode to Konqueror, instead seems to rewrite it from scratch for every major release (Rekonq, Falkon and now Viper which is slated to become the system browser in KDE6)
-
Is there any browser that has that old interface (~90s, ~2000s, for example), that can be use nowadays?
Sure, there are: K-Meleon on Goanna, Otter Browser, Falkon Browser or Viper Browser.
- Adblock on Falkon not working? (Please let me know if I'm in the wrong place)
- Looking for minimal browsers.

Issue with Fedora 38
But there is also a problem with libmedianfo in Fedora 38 where we cannot do anything either (the same issue is present in other projects https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues/795)

Has anyone ever said thank you to MEGA for making good desktop app for linux and maintaining it for 8 years?
Good? It will crash on a Wayland session, and the issue has been open for nearly 2 years: https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues/501 Other than that, the MEGA cmd app doesn't support true incremental backup/deduplication, so you will quickly go through whatever storage you bought if you make multiple backups. Also, CPU usage is pretty high.

No Encryption on Linux?
This function "encrypt" is only used to encrypt the local settings, It's only used here .

Let's Get MEGAsync into Guix
Mmm; good point. I went straight to tags, since Guix uses those, – originally – and there's definitely a v4.6.1.0_Linux tag available (https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/releases/tag/v4.6.1.0_Linux). But thanks for pointing that out, for me. I've packaged up a few smaller projects, already, for Guix and it'd be awesome if I was able to just sit down and get this one to work and be able to send it off as a patch.

Cannot start megasync in fedora 34
I see here a better "fix" from moor-bryan - https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues/629

[Help] Successful Google Drive Migration to Mega, but it's re-downloading all my files that already exist locally
https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues/609 Seems to be the case :(

You can also automate it by following the tip mentioned here - https://github.com/meganz/MEGAsync/issues/443#issuecomment-633200813
